Some items in our store may be available for pre-order.
This policy explains how this purchase method works and how you can cancel a pre-order.
This policy applies only to products for which the pre-order option is expressly indicated on the product page or at checkout.
Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you purchase a product that is not yet available for immediate shipping but will be available at a later date.
Depending on the product and the checkout configuration, we may:
- charge the full order amount immediately;
- charge only a partial amount or deposit;
- authorize the payment method and charge the full amount at a later time, before shipping.
If a shipping date or time window is indicated on the product page or at checkout, we will do our best to meet it. However, any indicated timeframes are to be considered estimates, unless expressly stated otherwise.
You can cancel a pre-order as long as the order has not been processed for shipping.
If the pre-order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled as a pre-order. In that case, you can refer to our Return & Refund Policy to check any applicable withdrawal, return, or refund rights.
If we are unable to ship the product within the communicated timeframe, we will inform you as soon as possible. In that case, where applicable, you may choose whether to keep the pre-order active or request its cancellation with the related refund.
