Shipping policy

At RYO Silent Echo, we want to offer clear and transparent shipping. Below you will find information about served areas, times, costs, couriers, and delivery management.
1. Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Italy
- European Union selected countries
- some selected non-EU countries
Shipping availability to a specific country is always confirmed at checkout. Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable or inactive.
2. Couriers used
- Italy: BRT Express
- European Union: UPS
- International non-EU: standard international courier
We reserve the right to use a courier other than the one normally provided, without prior notice, whenever this is necessary or appropriate for logistical, operational, economic, or service quality reasons, such as problems with the selected courier, rate increases, strikes, delays, or specific requirements related to the destination.
3. Shipping costs and times
Costs and times vary depending on the product line purchased, as indicated at checkout.
a) Standard products general collection
- Italy — BRT Express: free for orders equal to or above €60.00, otherwise €4.90. Delivery in 1-2 working days.
- European Union — UPS: free for orders equal to or above €200.00, otherwise €9.90. Delivery in 4-9 working days.
- International non-EU: €19.90. Times vary depending on the destination and any customs procedures.
b) “The Omens” line, for example Entity 01 — Baku, Entity 02 — Nue
- Italy — Express Day One BRT: free for orders equal to or above €60.00, otherwise €2.90.
- European Union — Express Day One UPS: €9.90.
c) Expo Exclusive items
For some products or editions marked as fair-exclusive, only free on-site pickup, Expo Pickup, is available during the indicated event. Shipping is not available or permitted for these items, according to company policy.
Delivery times start from the shipment of the order, not from the moment the order is placed, and are estimated, not guaranteed. During high-volume periods, launches, fairs, holidays, promotions, or special events, shipments may take longer.
4. Free pickup / Expo Pickup
For some products, collections, or selected events, free Expo Pickup may be available where expressly indicated at checkout. Pickup is available only when shown as an active option during purchase.
5. Order tracking
When available, once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details and the related tracking code. Tracking updates may take a few hours from the moment the courier takes charge of the shipment.
6. Shipping address
The customer is responsible for entering the shipping details correctly when placing the order. In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, or delivery failure due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we cannot guarantee that the order can be modified once confirmed. If the parcel is returned to us, we may request payment for a new shipment before proceeding with a new delivery.
7. Delays, logistics issues, and force majeure
We are not responsible for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including, by way of example: courier delays, strikes, logistics blocks, bad weather, customs checks, international transport issues, and force majeure events. In these cases, we will still do our best to monitor the shipment and assist you.
8. Customs duties and import charges
For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges, if applicable and unless otherwise indicated at checkout, are the customer’s responsibility. These costs depend on the destination country and are not under our control.
9. Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, contact us as soon as possible at shop@ryosilentecho.it, indicating: order number, first and last name, and any photographic documentation if the parcel is damaged. We will assess the case together with the courier and assist you in managing the issue.
