When the return is free

We send a prepaid label, and ship the replacement at no extra cost, when you have:

• a size exchange for the same item;
• a defective or damaged item;
• a wrong or non-compliant item compared to the description or the photos on this site.

No restocking fees, no hidden costs. If the size you asked for is unavailable, we issue a full refund instead.

The same 14-day window from delivery applies to exchanges and returns alike.

Changing your mind — EU right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw within 14 days, without giving a reason. We refund the order in full, including standard delivery costs. Only return shipping is yours to cover: you can use our label at €4.90 within Italy or €7.90 from other countries, deducted from the refund.

How it works

• Write to shop@ryosilentecho.it within 14 days of delivery, with your order number, the item and what you would like. If your order arrived in several parcels, the 14 days start from the last one.
• We send you the instructions and the shipping label.
• Send the item back within 14 days of our confirmation.
• Once we have received and checked it, we ship the exchange or issue the refund.

Items must come back unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached and, where possible, in the original packaging. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed.
